Marble Cake & Banana Muffin

I have signed up for another baking class, this time in another CC in Cheng San. The trainer is Mdm Cynthia Pong who is a very experience baker and has been teaching since 2006. I found that she is a very generous person who is willing to share important baking tips with her students. Today is my 1st lesson and I am taught how to make good marble cake and banana muffin. I am also taught on the method of creaming which is a very important process when making a butter/marble cake. I really enjoyed her lesson.

Finally, I have managed to book the bread making course in Yio Chu Kang Community Centre. Thanks to my hubby for giving me this information. The class started on 2 Nov 09 and it was very very good and cheap. Our trainer is Mdm Tay and she was graduated from BITC and started teaching in 2006. She's very friendly and willing to share her experience. Our first lesson was learning how to bake Pork Floss Bun (photo) and Green Tea Bread.
